INTRODUCTON: Many lesions of the jaws contain giant cells, they include Peripheral giant cell granuloma, Central giant cell granuloma, aneurismal bone cyst, brown tumor of hyperparathyroidism and early stage of cherubism. Giant cell granuloma which is a benign bone lesion that occurs mainly in the jaws are not tumor but tumor like conditions, the cause of tumor like condition is chronic truma with superimposed infection.
